This notice explains what Softbitrix collects through softbitrix.com, why we use it, how long we keep it, and the rights you may have.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Softbitrix (“Softbitrix”, “we”, “us”). Softbitrix provides software development, AI and data, marketing, creative, and infrastructure services. Privacy requests can be sent to info@softbitrix.com or through the contact page.
2. Scope
This policy covers softbitrix.com and related marketing pages we operate. Client project work, production systems we build for customers, and staff HR systems are governed by separate agreements and notices where required.
3. Information we collect
Information you provide
When you use our contact or consultation forms, we may receive:
- Name and email address
- Company name and phone number (if provided)
- Service interest, budget band, consult topic, preferred date/time
- Project description or message content
- Technical context such as source page URL and timezone (to reply usefully)
Information collected automatically
- Hosting / security logs — IP address, timestamp, requested URL, and user-agent, retained by our host for security and troubleshooting.
- Consent preference — a small first-party cookie or local storage value recording your cookie choice (see our Cookie Policy).
We do not run advertising pixels or sell personal information. If we later add analytics, we will update this policy and the cookie banner first.

5. Sharing
We share information only with:
- Service providers acting on our instructions (for example hosting, email delivery such as Resend, and form relays) — not for their own marketing
- Professional advisers or authorities when legally required
- Business successors if Softbitrix is involved in a merger or sale, with appropriate safeguards
We do not sell personal information.
6. International transfers
Softbitrix works across studios in the United States, Pakistan, and Australia. Providers may process data in other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards (for example contractual clauses) with processors.
7. Retention
Enquiries are kept long enough to reply and, if a project follows, for the engagement plus any legal retention period. Dead-end enquiries are removed when no longer needed. Server logs follow our host’s retention defaults unless we configure a shorter window.
8. Security
We apply practical technical and organisational measures described on our Security page. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; please avoid sending passwords or payment card data through the public contact form.
9. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing, and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. California residents may have additional CCPA/CPRA rights (we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising as those terms are commonly defined).

10. Children
This site is aimed at business customers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.
