• Scrape or harvest content at a rate that degrades service for others
• Misrepresent Softbitrix, impersonate others, or submit malicious content

4. Website content is descriptive, not a contract

Service descriptions, case studies, timelines, and illustrative metrics describe how we work. They are not offers, quotations, SLAs, or guarantees of outcome unless restated in a signed statement of work. Nothing on this website alone creates a binding project contract.

5. Project engagements

Delivery work is governed by a written proposal, statement of work, and/or master services agreement covering scope, fees, timelines, IP, confidentiality, warranties, and liability. If those documents conflict with this page, the signed agreement prevails.

• Scope and price are only firm once agreed in writing
• Ownership and licence terms for deliverables are set in the project agreement
• Support, hosting, and retainers are separate from one-off delivery unless included

6. Intellectual property

Softbitrix branding, site design, copy, and code belong to Softbitrix or its licensors. Open-source fonts and libraries remain under their own licences. Client deliverables are handled under the project agreement.

7. Third-party names and links

Product and platform names are used descriptively. Mentions do not imply endorsement. External links are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for third-party sites or their privacy practices.

8. Enquiries and proposals

Submitting a form does not oblige Softbitrix to accept work. We may decline projects that conflict with capacity, ethics, or legal constraints.

9. Disclaimer

The site is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or error-free content on marketing pages.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Softbitrix is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of this website or reliance on general marketing content. This does not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be limited, and does not change liability terms in a signed project agreement.

Personal data is handled under our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

12. Changes

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing law

Governing law and venue will follow the Softbitrix contracting entity named in your project agreement. Until a specific entity is stated for website use, disputes relating solely to site use will be handled under the laws applicable to Softbitrix’s principal place of business for the relevant studio engagement.
